Answers to the questions Malaysian players ask most often before signing up.
Signing up on a new online casino platform can sometimes feel like a chore — too many forms, a lengthy verification process, and funds that take forever to reach your account. At 4yes, we've deliberately redesigned the registration process to be as simple and fast as possible. Three steps, a valid Malaysian phone number, and your account is live in under 2 minutes. This isn't just a tagline — it's the real experience of tens of thousands of Malaysian players who are already with us.
One question new players often ask is: why does 4yes requires a valid Malaysian phone number? The answer is straightforward — your phone number is the first layer of security for your account. The OTP code sent via SMS ensures that only you can activate and access the account registered to that number. It also allows us to verify that the user is a genuine Malaysian player — this is essential for platform compliance and to ensure bonus programs are only accessible to eligible players. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, in line with the 4yes Privacy Policy.
Regarding the welcome bonus, the first thing to understand is the difference between "bonus funds" and "real cash". The money you deposit is real cash — withdrawable at any time with no additional conditions. Bonus funds credited from the welcome deposit bonus, however, carry a 25× rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn. This means you need to place total wagers worth 25 times the bonus amount using the platform 4yes before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn to your e-wallet or bank account. This requirement is standard practice in the online casino industry and exists to prevent bonus abuse. One more important point: if you prefer not to be bound by rollover conditions, you can choose to decline the deposit bonus and play exclusively with your own real cash — that option is always available to you.
After registration, your account 4yes you automatically receive VIP Bronze status. The 4yes VIP Rewards Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — with each tier offering higher weekly cashback and larger daily withdrawal limits. What sets 4yes VIP cashback apart from other platforms is that it is real cash, completely free of rollover requirements. Every Monday, your cashback is calculated based on your net losses from the previous week and credited directly to your account balance. You can withdraw it immediately or use it to play — the choice is entirely yours.
For Malaysian players new to online casinos, 4yes offers a fairly extensive game library to get started with. Slots are a great choice for beginners — low minimum bets, easy to understand and no pressure from other players. Table games like baccarat and blackjack appeal to players who enjoy strategy. If sports are more your thing, the Sports Betting section 4yes offers Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports with competitive odds. Virtual Sports is a great alternative when no live matches are on — race and sport simulations powered by a random number generator to determine the outcome.
On the question of security — the platform 4yes uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communication between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes that cannot be decrypted. An active fraud detection system monitors for suspicious activity 24/7 to keep your account secure. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact 4yes support immediately via live chat and your account can be amended or temporarily suspended within a short period while an investigation is carried out.
Finally, one reminder we never tire of repeating: register at 4yes only if you are 21 years of age or older and are playing for entertainment with money you can afford to spend. Our responsible gaming programme offers deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion options that can be activated at any time. If you have any questions about the registration process or any aspect of the platform, the 4yes support team is available 24/7 via live chat or email at support@4yes.best.
